Students participating in the OneEarth Global Challenge are organized into six continental teams, each exploring population decline from a regional perspective.
This structure allows participants to understand both regional differences and global patterns of demographic change.
Each team will:
- Review existing academic research and demographic data
- Analyze trends in birth rates, aging populations, and migration
- Identify key social, economic, and cultural challenges
- Propose forward-looking solutions from a youth perspective
Through this comparative approach, students gain a deeper understanding of how local realities connect to broader global issues.
